Returns, Refunds Policy

We accept return and exchanges on all orders, here are the requirements:

  • Please make sure that the item(s) are the original products. Unwashed, and unworn with original tags sealed as it comes. 
  • Personal or different items are not acceptable or eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns/ Exchanges that fail our requirements will be rejected, we reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received as expected.
  • Out of stock items/ Sale items are not eligible to be returned unless is for store credit.
  • We DO NOT refund original shipping charged when items/ orders are first placed.

We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all tags attached.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@grapppe.com

Include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund if fully processed, as well as extra information if needed.
